Software Engineer, Full Stack
We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who loves building scalable systems and tackling challenging engineering problems. You'll play a key role in developing the core platform behind Offroad's AI agents from backend services and integrations to the infrastructure that powers identity investigations and automated remediation. As an early team member, you'll work closely with Product and Engineering and help shape both our technology and our product from day one.
What You'll Own
- Design and develop core platform capabilities.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop AI-powered investigation and remediation workflows.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Participate in architecture and technical design.
- Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code.
What Makes You Successful
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Previous cybersecurity experience (required).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
